[Job Summary]
E-commerce Business management (Planning/ Operation/ Analysis/ Report)
(Mainly for E-retailers, pure players(Naver, Kakao), open sell (Sephora, Olive young, Chicor) etc.) 
  • Set on-line sales target aligned with brand’s total sales target
  • Plan and execute online strategy for each different channels and look for new opportunity in the online field.
  • Create and maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, cross selling mechanisms, data ownership within ecommerce brands websites and e-retailers ones 
  • Implement brand campaign to all E-commerce channel with differentiate strategy
  • Strengthen and reinforce brand awareness by enhancing brand’s visibility and improving sales performance and developing premium service and experience. 
  • Operate and Merchandise website products based on sales objectives, key seasons, and promotion with online competitive intelligence to maintain the brand’s competitive advantage
  • Manage digital campaign and increase digital media efficiency 
  • Drive sales performance through data analysis and online products placement management while optimizing customer experience. 
E-commerce project leading and cooperation 
  • Build the strategy of E-commerce business and manage the sales to meet the target 
  • Handle specific e-joint business project 
  • Lead and negotiate agreements with E-commerce partners
  • Communicate with other cross functional teams & counters & external partners to allocate/consolidate and execute. 
  • Need stock management with vendor and distribution. 
  • Monitor competitor trends & initiate the sales 
  • Localize and update the asset with agency and cascade to each channel. 
New E-commerce Business 
  • Coupang channel launch and management with channel strategy. 
  • Increase Live streaming opportunity through whole e-com channel 
  • Analyze and manage new e-com channel business.
  • Test & Learn new potential business opportunity (social commerce) with protect brand equity
  • Make synergy e-com business with digital contents creation 

  • University graduate
  • Over +4 ~ 7 years
  • Must demonstrate a good understanding of e-Commerce 
  • Managed distribution partnerships with major E-Retailers/pure players
  • More prefer to have experience in the cosmetic industry 
  • Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Computer skill proficiency : MS PPT, Excel, Word
