[Job Summary]
DEMAND & SUPPLY PLANNING
- Manage demand planning for high level of forecast accuracy and fulfilment.
- Implement continuous improvement for quality of baseline, promotion and launch forecast based on understanding on/offline channels through collaboration with division.
- Lead regular meetings between division or zone in accordance with S&OP.
- Responsible for supply planning for inventory optimization with minimizing shortage, excess & obsolete.
- Execute procurement and monitor shipping schedules based on reviewing safety stock level.
- Manage KPIs to achieve targets.
[Qualification]
- Bachelor’s degree
- +3~7 years
- SAP advantageous, FMCG Preferred
- Fluent in Korean & English
- Team player, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Detail-oriented, Excel, Cross-functional
