CORP CDO Team_Integrated Digital and Influencer Manager

Integrated Digital Manager is responsible for developing, monitoring & tracking LOK’s Digital Consumer& MKT activities of LOK brands. He or She will also lead the innovative partnership with digital media services, social & influencer collaboration with external partners. 
He or she needs to work with key internal stakes holder to drive digital transformation in LOK. 

Digital Transformation 
  • Map local consumer decision journey for categories and Brands – with Consumer Intelligence teams
  • Design an editorial calendar of engaging digital content
  • Tailor the Global Digital and Media strategies to the local characteristics for the Brand
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside the Company (marketing, communication, sales), digital ecosystem and media partners
  • Monitor digital performance and consumer engagement
  • Maintain understanding of the latest digital opportunity and trends in consumer interaction and inspire the teams with those possibilities

Consumer Engagement 
He or she needs to be closely working with brand/division MKT & social managers to deliver what is agreed with as key strategies and to share the status of performance to stakeholders.  
  • Collaboration with brands to develop the key direction of influencer strategies & planning 
  • Co-work on influencer process set up with brands, legal, CMI & corp. com 
  • Right tool selection for community & influencer management 
  • Korea influencer pool management by division, by brand and by campaigns
  • Influencer KPI set up & reporting to all division & brands 
  • Agency management to set up the right partnership & to deliver the proper services  
  • Global influencer platform management and insight creation

Provide internal stakeholders with detailed feedbacks
  • Produce social media listening and engagement reports for internal and external teams to fuel insight development
  • Summarize insights and conversations to create actionable, operational reports that lead to optimization and efficiency in performance   
  • Analyze and report on social community trending (pre and post) promotional launches to key internal stakeholders to ensure optimal customer satisfaction 

[REQUIREMENTS]
  • University graduate
  • More than 10 year’s experience
  • English speaking preferred 
  • Computer skill proficiency : MS PPT, Excel, Word
