- Orchestrate the launches and push growth of makeup products and contribute to continued growth for the brand
- Develop the products, market and consumer expertise and knowledge of the brand
- Collect and Analyze consumer and market insight and competition strategy
- Implement new launches and maintain strategic growth in pillar and core skincare product
- Propose and develop marketing strategies (360 / Digital / IMC) to build integrated brand marketing strategy
