Indirect E-com Excellence Manager (Manager to Sr. Manager)

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Market & Competitive E-commerce Intelligence:
    • Conduct in-depth market monitoring and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within indirect e-commerce landscape. Monitor competitor activities and channel trends.
    • Analyze consumer behavior, shopping patterns, and preferences within indirect e-commerce platforms.
  • Data binding & Analysis & Reporting:
    • Improve online data binding for online shoppers of Luxe brands, partnering with retailers and BUs, to contribute to omni consumer journey design & analysis.
    • Develop insightful reports and presentations that highlight key trends, performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations to BUs on strategies to optimize online presence and improve consumer experiences and conversion.
  • Shopper Experience Optimization:
    • Contents & Catalogue insights & recommendation.
    • Identify and share the possible improvements to content, product catalogues, online merchandising, PLVs, and service elements such as shipping and customer support.
    • Share best practices for online merchandising, contents, animation, etc. with internal teams and external retailer partners.
  • Trend Forecasting & Innovation:
    • Identify emerging trends and technologies in the e-commerce space and assess their potential impact on the business.
    • Propose innovative solutions and strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
    • Partner with multi-division teams such as CDMO and CMI teams for trend and innovation spotting and new initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Education: University graduate
  • Years of experience: +8 years (Manager to Sr. Manager)
  • Experiences: Experiences in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role. Experiences in Beauty or FMCG industry is a plus. Experiences in brand e-commerce business management is a plus.
  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Other Skills: E-commerce expertise, Analytical skills, Communication & Collaboration, Strategic Thinking, Problem-solving, Proactive and Solution-Oriented, Adaptability and Agility
