Luxe Division_E-Commerce Team_E-Key Account Manager

  • Area of responsibility, frame & implement a division e-commerce excellence strategy to reach objectives in terms of growth and profitability
  • Anticipate and accelerate e-commerce channel change, gathering information (trend/competition/market..) to provide a vision to e-com stakeholders
  • Lead transversal e-commerce excellence projects, cooperating with brand e-commerce managers, Brands, and functional e-commerce stakeholders

  • Lead eJBP(e-commerce joint business plan), adapting JBP frame and way of working to accelerate e-commerce growth & optimization
  • Develop a triple win (L’Oréal, e-retailer/pure player and shopper) strategy, adequate mix activation plan
  • Manages animation of the brand e-commerce managers /Support the brand e-commerce team in their business plan alignment with indirect e-com channels, with the right shopper and category insights, market and category reviews
  • Build a trustful relation with counterparts at e-retailer/pure player’s
  • Foster the use of monitoring tools(Clavis), A superior understanding of shopper needs and behaviors.
  • eStore visit to enrich the discussion with retailers with data

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Years of experience: 7+ years of experience in eCommerce
  • Experience:
  • Must demonstrate a good understanding of eCommerce
  • Previously managed Direct E-Commerce and Indirect(E-Retail/PurePlayer) Businesses
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in communicating with different nationalities & different cultures in English
  • Worked on other Enterprise E-Commerce technology platform is a plus Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Other Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Analytics any other analysis tool
