PPD(Professional Products Division)_Kerastase_eCommerce Team Manager

Oversee the brand’s online sales and develop eCommerce strategic roadmap to ensure eCommerce businesses are in line with brand’s positioning and objectives (including Pure players, e-Retailers, as well as mobile) and find new business opportunities to drive future growth in eCommerce business.

  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth through digital marketing, and a seamless customer experience online to ensure synergies between the brand’s own digital activities and those of the retailers.
  • Develops customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase.
  • Works closely with marketing to define the consumer experience and e-merchandising.
  • Activates the right business drivers by tracking and drawing conclusions from specific e-commerce KPIs (GMV, #of consumer universe, conversion rate, CLTV, profit optimization) 
  • Adapts strategy to fit with the nuances of local e-commerce markets and leverages best practices 
  • Ensures that the brand presence and journey online is consistent with overall brand standards and strategy • Drives collaboration with technology teams and ensures continuous improvement and upgrade of the site & online malls
  • Scale direct to consumer online sales 
  • Oversee performance & optimization of eCommerce operations including:
-Site conversions
-Cross & Up-selling across shopping experience including post-sale 
  • Total costs of operations
-Define, plan for & justify budget requirements of the brand in eCommerce
-Define and monitor KPIs to optimize ROI for implemented actions
-Manage the external agencies and technical partners 
-Work closely with CDO, Business development team and Corp IT team to be the Business User and represent the business needs in overseeing the implementation, maintenance, enhancements of E-Commerce platforms

  • +10 years of experience in eCommerce
-Must demonstrate a good understanding of eCommerce (preferred CPG industry)
-Previously managed Direct E-Commerce and Indirect(E-Retail/PurePlayer) Businesses
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Comfortable in communicating with different nationalities & different cultures in English
-Worked on other Enterprise E-Commerce technology platform is a plus
-Preferred digital & media campaign experiences
-Preferred in handling channel diversity
-Preferred working in luxury goods industry
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics any other analysis tool
