Build Atelier Cologne’s brand among consumers and influencers mind via strategic and effective PR/Digital communication.  
  • Build and implement a 360° external communication strategy inconsistency with the international brand communication strategy and the local business strategy for the entity
  • Drive the transformation of Atelier Cologne’s communication from a conventional PR approach focusing on awareness, to a digital-fit & impactful model; focusing on brand building, awareness building in digital, creating consumer advocacy and engagement.
  • Analysis buzz trend and competitors and ensure Atelier Cologne’s SOV in digital 

Digital media & communication management 
  • Create, develop, manage communities (consumers, influencers, journalists, if relevant…) and deploy a relevant digital media & communication strategy to support the brand’s / project‘s ambition.
Implement integrated communication campaigns on major product launches, brand events…
  • Develop creative, qualitative, and appropriate content & features/ functionalities to support the brand’s or project’s ambition.
  • Digital campaign management including celeb collaboration
  • Ensure a strategic outlook among competition & other industries: trends, intelligence, experimentation
Manage media & influencer relations, including new relations
  • Build a media/influencer-mapping: identify the relevant role-players for the brand

  • University graduate
  • 6-9 years of experiences
  • at least 3 years experience in the cosmetic industry as a communication and/or digital communication specialist
  • Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Computer skill proficiency: MS PPT, Excel, Word
