JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY (Principal activities for the position)

Train and develop Beauty Advisors and retail staff via e-learning & ILT (Virtual/Face to Face) on brand, product, service and retail competencies provide the best possible experience for the TR shopper and improve our sell-out, in line with Brand / distribution channel strategy

  • Provides training for BAs, Counter Manager and generic staff that is aligned with brand/POS/Retail Education priorities
  • Delivers virtual training sessions to improve service levels and increase sales (gain Market share)
  • Engages and motivates BAs through social learning on MBC
  • Develops & tracks Individual Learning Path for exclusive BAs on MBC, and a retailer path for generic staff
  • Reports on training activity, learning completions, learning need gaps,
