Your Mission….
The retail landscape is changing more rapidly than ever, with our shopper habits shifting to trend-led and demanding authenticity and experience over brand and product. Whilst being a mobile your mission is to drive the retail sales performance across multiple stores, liaising with your Area Manager and in-store retail management to ensure stock levels and sales opportunities are maximised in all doors. Drive eventing to ensure the customer is the hero of our brands story, you will be empowered to deliver exceptional retail experiences every time.

• You will be a driven self-starter and have the ability to create a real buzz and excitement through engaging your store teams, whilst being service and experience led.
• Your creative flare and innovative eventing ideas will come to life whilst planning and executing in store events, with the business goal to drive retail targets.
• Your passion for influencing and people will come to play when leading from the front, sharing best practices with exceptional eventing. Aligned with our values, whilst being trend led and commercially aware.
• You are digitally savvy and actively engage with social media trends to create content.
• You will be actively engaged with internal platforms like One retail.
Key Responsibilities…
• You will be a genuine Brand Ambassador, following the Luxe Fragrance selling steps, services, and retail excellence at all times.
• You will be confident to drive retail through the execution of service and eventing. You will be responsible for growing our retail performance through achieving your KPIs.
• You will motivate teams outside of your stores through engaging content on internal Luxe platforms.
• You will be organised by nature and be able to prioritise planning for eventing in stores, alongside the retail priorities. Ensuring you are maximising your time and having a positive impact in all stores.
- You will be results orientated and will share detailed feedback including key learns and new initiatives, with your Area Manager on a regular basis.
Must Haves…
• Flexible approach to availability in line with the needs of the business, including weekends.
• Proven track record of delivering retail KPIs, driving retail, through eventing. providing exceptional customer service.
• Understanding and comfortable using One Retail(internal Platform)

• Your induction and onboarding will be led by your Area Manager and the Education team
