Education Transversal Manager

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Division Education Strategy & Actions:

  • Develop and adapt division-level education strategy & content based on input from DMI and Zone, ensuring relevance to local market needs and brand strategies.
  • Partner with brands to localize education strategy, including adapting content, delivery methods, and overall learning frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Zones and DMI on education-related reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and dashboards to track effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage division- and zone-level multi-brands education projects and agendas, such as VIP Clientelling and Beauty Tech programs, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.

Cross-Brand Education Content & Programs for Field Teams:

  • Plan and execute training programs on cross-brand content, including Service excellence, foundational skills, and Sales Basics.
  • Partner with (or manage) the Event/Training team within the CMO team to deliver effective training programs and field coaching activations, maximizing impact on field teams.

Data-Driven Retail Excellence:

  • Integrate CRM data and performance KPIs into Beauty Advisor (BA) training and customer service resources. Equip retail BAs with data-driven insights to enhance sales performance and elevate customer service.
  • Facilitate the adoption of a consumer-centric CRM mindset across Business Unit (BU) retail teams and frontline retail BAs.
  • Provide digital and online perspectives to retail BAs, fostering their development into well-rounded Online + Offline (O+O) retail experts, empowering them to go beyond traditional sales roles.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Education: University graduate
  • Years of experience: +6 years (Manager to Sr. Manager)
  • Experiences: Training & Development Expertise, Experiences in the cosmetics, luxury goods, or retail industry is a plus.
  • Language: Fluent in English is a plus
  • Other Skills: Strategic thinking, Innovation & Creativity, Leadership & Influence, Customer focus, People-caring, Communication & Presentation, Interpersonal skills & collaboration
