Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Controlling Manager plays a critical role in optimizing the financial performance of our supply chain operations. This position requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of supply chain principles, cost accounting, and financial analysis. The successful candidate will partner with various stakeholders across the supply chain organization to drive cost efficiencies, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance decision-making processes. This is a highly visible role with significant impact on the overall profitability of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
•    Cost Analysis & Control: Analyze and interpret supply chain costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives. This includes monitoring and analyzing variances, developing cost models, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
•    Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage the supply chain budget, working closely with operations teams to ensure accurate forecasting and resource allocation. This involves preparing regular budget reports, analyzing trends, and recommending adjustments as needed.
•    Performance Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities within the supply chain. This involves developing dashboards, conducting ad-hoc analysis, and providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
•    Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, automate tasks, and implement best practices.
•    Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the supply chain organization, including operations, procurement, logistics, and finance. This involves effective communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.


Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 
•    10+ years of experience in finance, cost accounting, or a related field.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Proven ability to develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
•    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
