About the division

Our Active Cosmetics Division is both locally and worldwide the #1 player in dermocosmetics; the fastest growing category in the largest Cosmetics company in the world! Our brands Vichy, La Roche Posay, Cerave and Skinceuticals have a strong medical DNA and grew to stardom because of our high demands for both the on- and offline execution of the brands, to make sure we offer our consumers  the optimal experience and advice.

Who am I?
As Key account Manager you will be responsible for our most strategic clients: Etos and Bol.com. The pharmacy will always be at the heart of everything we do, but in the ever changing brick-and-mortar landscape in the Benelux ‘new channels’ are becoming increasingly important and we are always looking for the right mix between distribution and high-quality execution. Designing a sustainable partnership with these new clients will be crucial to our continued success in the dermocosmetics market. Furthermore you will;

·         Building the optimal O+O (online + offline) partnership where both channels fully complement each other

·         Building and implementing yearly Joint Business Plans, with razor sharp growth drivers and ambitious business objectives

·         A JBP contains clear sell-out plans per channel that includes trade-marketing, animations, merchandising and education

·         Close cooperation with the E-Marketer to amplify the JBP by including online media

·         Monitor the online consumer experience to impact purchase ratio (recruitment, conversion, basket size)


Your profile

As a person you are a real entrepreneur and capable of capitalizing on the huge growth potential of the dermocosmetics category in new channels that always put our ‘customer at heart’. You know how to look at things strategically and you are able to define a clear diagnosis. You love to further build and innovate the dermocosmetcs category.

·         Master degree

·         Minimum of five years’ experience in a commercial position

·         Strong analytical skills

·         Thriving to complete goals and book successes
