For our Consumer Products Division we are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for one of our major key accounts with the mission to build a long-term and sustainable customer strategy and to develop the customer together.
YOUR TASKS
- Focus on target-oriented planning and control as well as realisation of individual sales and profit targets
- Recognising new growth areas and opportunities and initiating appropriate measures in line with divisional targets
- Analysing customer potential, preparing and conducting annual negotiations
- Drawing up the action plan for implementing the division's strategy and sales channels. Ensuring implementation. Necessary adjustments.
- Cross-functional cooperation - interface with marketing, controlling, logistics
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 3 years of professional experience in key account management for national retail customers in Switzerland - ideally in the FMCG sector
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as negotiation expertise
- Hands-on mentality, courage to embrace change and strong drive to get things done
- Team player and open to new challenges
- Proactivity, independence, reliability and empowerment
- Business fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
