KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (m/w/d) Consumer Products Division

For our Consumer Products Division we are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for one of our major key accounts with the mission to build a long-term and sustainable customer strategy and to develop the customer together.


YOUR TASKS

  • Focus on target-oriented planning and control as well as realisation of individual sales and profit targets
  • Recognising new growth areas and opportunities and initiating appropriate measures in line with divisional targets
  • Analysing customer potential, preparing and conducting annual negotiations
  • Drawing up the action plan for implementing the division's strategy and sales channels. Ensuring implementation. Necessary adjustments.
  • Cross-functional cooperation - interface with marketing, controlling, logistics


YOUR PROFILE 

  •  At least 3 years of professional experience in key account management for national retail customers in Switzerland - ideally in the FMCG sector
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as negotiation expertise
  • Hands-on mentality, courage to embrace change and strong drive to get things done
  • Team player and open to new challenges 
  • Proactivity, independence, reliability and empowerment
  • Business fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
