When taking on a career in CPD with L’Oréal Baltic, you will get ownership of our commercial business partners. You will have the responsibility for the important part of our business and you will be reporting to the Head of Sales Baltic.
As Key Account Manager you will:
- Analyze local market, key players and set up CPD Business Plan for CPD.
- Negotiate and align joint business plans with our business partners.
- Build effective relationships with the Client.
- Manager Client’s P&L and negotiations of commercial terms within the established budgets.
- Establish and implement annual plans in line with the Division’s strategy.
- Coordinate of operational activities related to the listing of new products etc.
- Address the challenges related to key account management and business trends and needs: finding best practices in the market, exploring knowledge about client’s behavior, monitoring competing brands.
- Cooperate with marketing, demand planning, business development and other teams.
You're a perfect match if you:
- Have minimum 2 years of experience in commercial role as a Key Account Manager or simillar.
- Are skilled negotiator with strong strategic approach.
- Are used to work on Clients’ P&L.
- Are familiar with newest trends and have ability to predict them.
- Are analytical, result oriented and very experienced with Excel and Power Point.
- Are an excellent communicator with great presentation skills.
- Are good planner with excellent project management skills.
- Are fluent in Lithuanian and English.
