Sourcing Director/VP - experienced in leading and developing sourcing activities, managing adequate supply base and continually improve supplier performance.
Sourcing Manager/Sr Manager- experienced in coaching, developing and leading a high-performing team of Procurement Professionals to enable the strategic sourcing at L’Oreal.
Buyer/Sr Buyer - Manage the purchases of part of the factory's purchasing portfolio at the lowest cost and in harmony with the Group's industrial policy.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Responsibility for operational risk control (quality of procurements, compliance with timelines)
- Play a major role in cost reduction and cost control
- Execute sourcing processes and the negotiations of contracts in order to maximize L’Oréal’s results and improve the bottom line growth
- Select and manage supplier performance by monitoring precise indicators relating to social, environmental and ethical criteria and through their ability to innovate
