Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務            

・Develop the merchandising/promotion strategy in mass market and reinforce brand image and brand visibility in stores            

・Draw up merchansiding/ promotional plan and implementation in stores            

・Define and create the brand retail design & image at POS in line with the global brand objectives, and conceive and implement merchandising/ promotion solutions for POS            

・Create and manage the brand site as bran touch point in line with the global brand objectives, and conceive and implement solutions for it            

・Control budget incharge area and ROI for specific activities            

・Conduct analysis of merchandising and promotional activities, as well as monitor and improve processes to better link marketing and commercial activities            

・Report field/sales needs intelligence to Retail Marketing Manager/ Marketing teams            



Must Have Aspects 必須項目             

・Over 2-year experience of 2D/3D merchandising or contents develoment  (ideally in mass market brand business)            

・Strong understanding of brand equity             

・In-depth sensitivitiy to merchandising/ POS            

・Strong external and internal stakeholder management            

・ROI management experiece            

・Commitment to sales goals; action-oriented, business-oriented           


Preferred Qualification 希望項目             

・Knowledge of consumer insights            

・Artistic sensitivity (design, color, etc.)            

・English skills (intermidiate level or above)
