With the increasing weight of online business and to stay ahead of its dynamic market, it is becoming more and more essential to install by-channel and bottom-up sales forecast in order to accurately project sales turnover, to assess and identify risks and opportunities in the forecast, and ensure service to our customers by securing stock for the channel accordinglyEC Planner is accountable to ensure sales forecast accuracy and product availability for online channels. 


Main Job duties/responsibilities 

  • Be responsible for catalog management for online channels such as new launch, promotions, product end of life, and contribute to its rationalization.  
  • Ensure the consistency of product assortment, price, and stock between different systems (Front, Order Management System, and SAP), including master data maintenance. 
  • Be responsible to reserve and allocate stock to each online channel based on the business calendar and the forecasts. Work closely with Supply Planner and Business Planner for optimal stock allocation based on stock availability. 
  • Build short-term daily forecasts to help secure and prepare warehouse capacitytaking into account promotions and events especially. 
  • Be responsible to construct 18M rolling bottom-up forecasts for online channels for hero and strategic products and to manage, and lead S&OP process with business counterparts. 
  • Contribute to the construction of consolidated forecasts with offline channels by working closely with the Demand Planner. 
  • Be responsible for KPI (Forecast AccuracyAvailable to Purchase, etc.). 
  • Manage a team of EC planning to ensure the aforementioned objectives are met. 
  • Develop and nurture team member(s). Set target for each team member and provide necessary support and guidance to help enhance expertise. 


Skills/Attributes 

  • Experience in supply chain and D2C business is big +. 
  • Strong ilogical thinking, Number; Engineer, Math or Scientific background is preferable. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skillsbeing able to communicate effectively at different levels of hierarchy. 
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills. 
  • Strong initiative and innovative mindset to generate ideas and solutions in different situations. 
  • Strong customer focus and commercial awareness. 
  • Well balanced between strategic thinking and details for execution. 
  • SAP experience is preferable. 
  • Advanced Excel skills (vlookupsumif, pivot, etc.) 
  • Business level of English.
