Department Overview
shu uemura international Division is a Brand Head Quarter located in Tokyo office. The mission of the Division is to create the global business growth strategy and drive the implementation in orchestration with local countries.

Team Structure
■ Team: 3-6 Product Manager and Digital Project Manager to manage.
■ Report line: Business unit managers report to marketing director.
Key Job Accountabilities
■ Develop the product portfolio of the category (innovation and renovation of pillars), the digital strategy of each project to ensure continued worldwide growth for the brand.
■ Define global brand development strategy for the category consistent with the brand’s sense of purpose
■ Propose the 3-year marketing plan for the category: brand portfolio, strategic innovations and growth of pillar-products
■ Create an integrated, engaging and consistent consumer brand experience and suggest marketing mix strategies (IMC/Social/360/Digital/Retail)
■ Monitor the development of communication materials (imagery, digital, point of sale) consistent with the brand's sense of purpose
■ Monitor the entire product development process in line with the L'Oreal For The Future commitments, ensuring close collaboration with other departments (R&I, industry, packaging, etc.)
■ Exchange constantly with the zones and strategic countries for the category to ensure alignment with the global marketing strategy
■ Build, develop and manage a strong and talented team. Inspire and develop their expertise and know-how on product development and digital strategy
■ Effectively prepare clear messages to present to senior management and develop the team's presentation and communication skills
Must Have Aspects
- At least 5 years of brand marketing experience (ideally new product development)
- Marketing experience in cosmetics industry
- People development experience
- Strength in strategic thinking, creativity, conception and make-up sensitivity
- English at fluent level, ability to perform in international environment
Preferred Qualification
- Cosmetics or fashion, marketing-related background
- Strong interest in cosmetic beauty business
- Understanding of Asian market
