Reporting into the Head of Commercial and Retail for SkinCeuticals, your key accountabilities will include managing the facilitation of education, marketing, and commercial support for the clinic channel. You will drive performance and partnerships through data analytics, operational execution of the sales strategy, and by creating tools to support the sales and field teams. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering strong commercial outcomes through innovative marketing and education strategies.


ABOUT THE JOB:

  • Co-Ordination & deployment of brand & education communications to clinics.
  • Collaborate with field team & head office to execute gold standard education & flagship clinic strategy.
  • Track clinic performance reporting and metrics and track field strategy impact.
  • Implement and track field sales team’s monthly focuses and sales targets across business development and in-clinic education.
  • Manage the promotional, sample, tester, and incentive forecast, including creating monthly resources.
  • Uncover new insights and opportunities for growth within the clinic channel.
  • Own the clinic promotional calendar, including strategic direction, forecasting, analysis, and creation of resources.
  • Manage internal team communications as well as external newsletters.
  • Confidently use Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have 1+ years of previous experience within a similar role within a similar environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and functions simultaneously.
  • You will be an excellent communicator to engage and deal with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to demonstrate data-driven decision-making.
  • Problem solver who can think outside the box, with the resilience to bounce back from setbacks.
  • Strong Excel skills with experience with Power BI and Salesforce preferred.
  • Ideally, you will have Retail or FMCG industry experience, preferably in beauty or medical aesthetics.
