Full - Time
This role will be generally responsible to define the communication strategy to develop the brand image, its visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time, includes:
- Build the brand image, develop visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time 
- Build and implement a 360° external communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication strategy and the local business strategy for the entity 
- Develop a communication plan with the management committee, validated by the GM 
- Implement integrated communication campaigns on major product launches, brand events
 - Manage media relations, including new media relations
 - Build a media-mapping: identify the relevant role-players for the brand 
- Coordinate with the country corporate communication team
 - Manage Public Relations: spokesperson, ambassadors
 - Develop the brand image and visibility locally: Adapt locally the corporate positioning of the Brand (philanthropy, sponsoring…) and develop local initiatives in line with the international strategy
 - Support and advise the Country GM on corporate communication topics:
 - Build the image strategy of the GM (content and target)
 - Prepare interviews including media-training: Advise for internal and external speeches
 - Manage internal communication for the Brand
 - Build an internal communication plan in line with the external plan
 - Identify issues related to the brand and anticipate crisis
- Ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organization changes 
- Manage the Department’s budget
