KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a Head of Advocacy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the influencer marketing strategy and will be responsible for developing online social communities and increasing their loyalty and engagement.
- Develop, manage, and evaluate all of the company's influencer marketing activities (costs, effectiveness, value for money and contracts) to ensure maximum ROI
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams on influencer marketing and PR projects and events, ensuring seamless execution and achievement of project objectives.
- Manage the implementation of new influencer and social marketing tools, activities and platforms together with the divisional teams (e-BAs, FB groups, TikTok, live broadcasts, etc.)
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights
- Manage relationships with key influencer marketing agencies
- Mentor and develop the influencer marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

YOUR BACKGROUND
- Expert in Digital, Communications and Branding with 5 years of practical experience
- In-depth knowledge of digital tools and mechanics, social media algorithms, and influencer marketing market trends
- Clear understanding and proven experience in implementing a 360 digital communications strategy - from influencer marketing to consumer engagement in a multi-channel context (media, CRM, SEO, etc.)
- Experience in team management, professional coaching
- You have project management experience and a structured approach in work
- Experience in interacting with multifunctional teams, influence skills for making effective business decisions
- Ability to build effective communication
- Ability to work in a multitasking mode
- English Upper-Intermediate
