A DAY IN THE LIFE – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and implement the Luxe Division e-activation plan for Direct to Consumer (D2C) websites, Omni-clients (ie Boots), Amazon and Tik Tok Shop, in line with the brands’ strategies, and customized by retailer.

Ensure that the e-activation plan takes into account all of the latest learnings & insights from the Category Development and Revenue Growth Management teams.

Execute best in class eMerchandising, including PDPs, Brand Stores, Search & Events.

Master the retailer algorithm to effectively drive sales, avoiding (or minimising) those actions which can have a negative impact on the flywheel (ie lost buy box, crapping etc).

Work with the Commercial and Finance teams to ensure maximum return on investment to help optimise the profit and loss (P&L) for each account.

Work with the Commercial teams and Brand Business Growth Partners to ensure forecasting accuracy for our online business.

Work with the Commercial teams to support e-joint-business planning.

Identify business opportunities by detecting new trends, players, technologies and digital services.

    Share best practices.

Report on sales & learnings to help inform future decisions & activations.

Ensure efficient communication & collaboration between teams (Commercial, Activation, Brands, Retailers).

Own the relationship with key stakeholders (Zone) and agencies (DEC), monitoring tools and platforms providers and upskilling the wider teams on a consumer-centric approach.

Drive and animate the community of Ecommerce Activation managers at the division level.

Own and manage budget trackers for the division and provide guidelines for the brands.
