Head of Digital
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital and media strategies aligned with global brand guidelines and local market dynamics. Oversee the execution of these strategies across all relevant digital channels, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Agency Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring clear communication, adherence to agreed scopes of work, and delivery of expected performance levels. Negotiate contracts and monitor agency performance to maximize ROI.
- Data Acquisition & Activation: Champion a data-driven approach, spearheading initiatives to collect and leverage valuable first-party data. Explore innovative data utilization methods to generate actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
- Advocacy & Influencer Management: Develop and implement a robust advocacy strategy, recognizing its significance as a crucial element of modern media. Manage investments in advocacy programs to achieve key performance indicators and enhance brand reputation.
- E-commerce Growth: Drive growth within the division's direct e-commerce business, implementing strategies to enhance online sales and customer experience. Collaborate closely with relevant teams on indirect e-commerce initiatives to maximize overall online performance.
- Performance Optimization & Analysis: Continuously monitor key performance indicators and campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize effectiveness and achieve business objectives. Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Digital Expertise & Upskilling: Elevate the digital proficiency of the broader L'Oréal team by conducting workshops, training sessions, and sharing best practices. Foster a culture of digital innovation and continuous learning within the organization.
