Located in Warsaw, we build an international relationship matrix, learn roles and legal requirements across Eastern Europe thanks to the collaboration with 15 countries.

We embrace the results whilst evolving the usage experience of SAP, Concur, ServiceNow, Readsoft, Magnitude, Bank platforms and others systems.


We expect that you succeed in:

  • Review and post journal entries regarding trade receivables provision i.e. bad debts, provision return, customer promo allowances, year-end rebates etc.
  • Review and post journal entries regarding HR provision i.e. annual bonus, sales bonus incentives and commissions, profit sharing, non-paid holiday etc.
  • Perform Payroll booking
  • Control and ensure the completeness of received supporting documents and liaise with end users for missing information
  • Control VAT in CONCUR
  • Perform re-invoicing to other IC entities
  • Prepare RTIC reporting on a monthly basis
  • Reconcile IC balances and resolve discrepancies with Group Partner if needed
  • Prepare REPFLOW consolidation reporting
  • Prepare control reports according to defined deadlines
  • Perform Balance Sheet reconciliation
  • Prepare CONSO reporting for quarterly closing and HRDC consolidation reporting
  • Prepare the REPTAX reporting on the yearly basis
  • Prepare reports for audit purposes
  • Liaise with Auditors in case of any questions
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures regarding General Ledger and Reporting
  • Ensure legal requirements respect and service quality


We are looking for:

  • University degree
  • Min. 1 year of experience in similar roles
  • Knowledge of accounting rules accounting rules, standards and regulations
  • Strong customer driven focus
  • Very good command of English; knowledge of other language(s) will be an asset
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Good analytical skills
  • High interpersonal and communication skills
