Within Global Corporate Operations, the L’Oréal Environment Direction manage the Operations strategy on the different L’Oréal for the Future streams (climate, energy, water, biodiversity & circularity) for our sites all around the world in order to meet the challenges and ambitions of the Group in terms of environment. By 2025, all of L’Oréal’s sites will have achieved carbon neutrality by improving energy efficiency and using 100% renewable energy; By 2030, 100% of the plastics used in L’Oréal’s products’ packaging will be either from recycled or bio-based sources; By 2030, L’Oréal will reduce by 50% per finished product, compared to 2016, its entire greenhouse gas emissions. 

 

The Environnement Direction is recruiting his/her Environment Chief Analytics Officer. 

The position is located inParis area, France. 

 

Under the responsibility of the Global Environment Director, the L’Oréal Environment Chief Analytics Officer is responsible of consolidating the environmental performance of the group's 165 sites around the world to build the Group's extra-financial reporting. 

 

Your key accountabilities: 

  • Guarantee the robustness and relevance of the Group's Integrated Environmental Management Systems 

  • Consolidate results and lead & develop local reporting teams 

  • Organize the audit of site results 

  • Contribute to the identification of training needs, the development of modules and the implementation 

  • Coordinate the annual CAC mission 

  • Guaranteeing the brands and divisions the availability of environmental performance indicators 

  • Make monthly results available and communicate them to decision-makers 

  • Manage a team of 3 people composed of two Environment Coordinators for the sites & an Environment Business Owner who contributes to the definition of IT needs

  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multi-cultural environment 

  • Strong cooperative skills in a matrix environment 

  • Impactful written communication 

  • Fluent in French & English 

  • Analytics skills  

  • IS and KPI appetence 

  • CSRD and Taxonomy knowledge are a nice to have
