As an Educator, you will be responsible for the education and upskilling of Redken & Matrix salons across a broad territory in the South Island with expected travel, based in Christchurch

Partnering closely with our Area Managers to achieve results, the successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Providing training and education to Redken & Matrix salons on our brand products & Hair Services to drive salon business, this is both face to face and online
  • Facilitate Redken and Matrix Academy programs.
  • Managing salon education and animation including product demonstrations through to the installation, with expert knowledge on all of the Redken & Matrix products
  • Working closely with Area Managers to drive and promote sales.
  • Promote and sell Redken and Matrix education Programs and seminars

About You

  • Results driven attitude and a passion for educating and coaching
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A vibrant and engaging personality and a drive to succeed
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous technical experience using Redken and/or Matrix products is highly desirable
  • Current and valid NZ drivers license
