Key Accountabilities:
Content Creation & Beauty Tech
- Responsible for creating &/or adapting learning content both online & offline
- Work closely with marketing on beauty tech launch to ensure roll out of training in timely manner
- Develop/Adapt 7 Service Steps
- Adapt & Customize Beauty Tech Service flow
- Managing Online learning journey path for BA
- Rollout & activation on POS
BA Service Excellence
- Adapting DMI training programs (Skincare Expert & Premium Ambassador) to TR specific
- Drive BA engagements & promote online learning
- Adapting & implementing training program of Skin care Experts & Premium Ambassador to all region BA to elevate customer in – store experience
- To build in-store coaching methodology for EM & commercial team
- Facial Cabin & Hands massages service
Transversal Projects (Corp – level)
- Support RXM (HK, MC & TW) on GS & Basic Trainings
- Support regions EM when needs arise
- Support / co-facilitate Corp Education team on transversal project roll out for different region as required
- Cooperate with other BU EMs on group projects when required. E.g. BA Seminars, Customer Experience, SRA
Key skills Competencies:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as Education Manager
- Regional work exposure
- Experience in Skincare/Aesthetic
- Passionate about content building
- Service excellence mindset
- Good with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Language proficiency: English & Chinese (both written & spoken)
