What You Will Learn:
The Education Coordinator is responsible for the execution of sales and productivity activities to ensure excellence in product education aligned with distributors sales team. Provide distributors sales forces with tools and guidance on synergy between Loreal products and salons and stylist productivity.
What We Are Looking For:
- Executes activities related to new product launches, sales techniques to stimulate product usage among stylists.
- Identifies and recommends new opportunities to the SR Education Manager to develop new or established customers.
- Performs point-of-sale services according to customer needs and convenience thru the execution of educational programs.
- Maintains direct communication SR Education Manager and BDM’s to have flawless execution of the customer development strategies and goals.
- Organize and lead training sessions in salons, in academies or online, in line with Brand Education strategy (choice of location, model recruitment, logistics, administrative follow-up, etc.).
- Integrate and convey brand values to clients, improving in salon consumer experience of the brand.
- Provide trainings for hairdressing schools in their area and assigned Caribe Territories.
- Train Business Partners on Brand (products and services).
- Lead/coach members of a team of external educators
- Assist in the recruitment of external educators.
- Manages artist bookings and travel arrangements
- Schedule and coordinate trade visit within the assigned territory.
- Complies with all Company policies and procedures, including employee manual, ethical standards, health, safety, and security procedures.
- Perform any other job-related duties as required or that may arise in the future.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- Education and Years of experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience, or College/Technical degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma and 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Language: Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Job Specific Experience/Skills:
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Stays up to date with market, consumers & competitors
- Collects and connects comprehensive knowledge about the retailer/prescriber/Salon
- Influences the retailer/prescriber/Salon
- Builds retailers development plans
- Manages intermediate agent relationships
- Adapts brand distribution strategy
- Collaborates across functions
- Elaborates service & retail education plans aligned with business priorities
- Cooperates with 360° internal and external stakeholders guarantying a consistent customer experience
- Pilots & monitors Retail Education's Efficiency
- Designs appropriate learning solutions for Customer Experience
- Delivers & transmits Education Contents
- Provides personalized follow-up & coaching
- Animates learning communities with passion.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Travel: This position may require traveling of 40%.
