Today we are looking for EHS Manager located in our Distribution Center.


Scope of responsibilities: 

  • Ensuring together with EHS Team companies compliance with all relevant EU, L’Oréal and country specific laws and regulations.
  • Reporting KPIs following L’Oréal and legal requirements. 
  • Communication with local authorities, contractors and employees regarding EHS & Facilities programs.  
  • Support tasks assigned by Line Manager.
  • Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders (management, employees, contractors and other services providers).
  • Coordination of various EHS & Facilities related programs and projects. 
  • Cooperation with landlords regarding  legal technical maintenance of office, fire safety and local projects.  
  • Coordination of cleaning Staff services, administration work and office deliveries. 
  • Ensure that all activities and services are performed to the highest standards.
  • Monitor performance of vendors, sharing feedback and assure quality of services provided at competitive costs.
  • Document and control all office processes, report issues, follow up and address them in a timely manner.
  • Monitor expenditures, report budget variances.


Our requirements / skills.

  • Good presentation skills.
  • Experience in EHS area and Education in this area is mandatory.
  • Good problem solver with “can do” attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Communicative.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office. 
  • Experience with project management.
  • Full proficiency in English and Polish is mandatory. 
  • Safety first mindset.
  • Capability to work independently, able to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
