Be at the forefront of driving online sales for our market-leading medical aesthetic brands, SkinCeuticals and skinbetter science, within the Canadian market. Reporting to the B2B E-Commerce & E-Retail Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our e-retail strategy, collaborating closely with field, digital, and marketing teams and our e-doctor business partners. This client-facing role offers the unique opportunity to blend your entrepreneurial spirit with cutting-edge digital practices, directly impacting the growth of two of our most sought-after brands within L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Planning & Analysis: Craft and execute a comprehensive 360° online and offline strategy aligned with national and individual e-doctors’ digital objectives. Develop and monitor sales forecasts, providing data-driven insights to fuel agile decision-making and maximize impact. Analyze sell out performance, identify emerging trends, and share your findings to refine strategies to support hundreds of our partners’ ecommerce websites and proactively tackle grey market activity.
- Content & Brand Building: Develop a compelling National Digital Strategy, encompassing impactful visual assets and engaging content. Empower clients of all sizes with UX/CRM recommendations, enabling them to effectively showcase and sell our brands on their websites, contributing to a cohesive and impactful brand experience.
- Account Management & Growth: Cultivate strong relationships with a portfolio of e-retail accounts, driving sales growth through strategic partnerships. Lead the onboarding of new accounts, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their success, whether it’s through our affiliate or our e-doctor acceleration programs. Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners, expanding our brand reach and exploring innovative online revenue streams.
- Operational Excellence: Design and manage the operational framework connecting agencies, internal teams, and accounts, ensuring seamless collaboration. Take ownership of the affiliate program, optimizing onboarding processes and fostering a highly engaged partner network.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role (sales representative E-KAM)
- 2+ years in a digital role (e-commerce, IT, social media or digital marketing)
- Account Management
- Online Channel Strategy Design
- Innovative Solutions in a Dynamic Digital Landscape
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Shopify experience is a plus.
- Mandarin language skills are a plus.
