We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Content & Community Specialist to lead out online public relations efforts and community building initiatives. Reporting to Consumer Engagement Manager. As the Content & Community Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's digital reputation, fostering  positive relationships with out online community, and driving engagement across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate has proven track record in online public relations, community management, and a passion for building and nurturing online communities.  

 

Responsibilities: 

 

1. Definition of the activation strategy for organic communities of Talent creators for NYX PMU and Essie: scouting of new creators, development of the organic Advocacy Galaxy and monthly animation through seeding, digital events and engaging visibility experiences in synergy with the paid marketing and advocacy plan. 


2. Devising, creating, adapting and publishing digital content for NYX PMU's direct channels on IG and TIK TOK to increase engagement and interactions by developing a relevant editorial calendar for local and international activations

 

3. Managing community interactions on 1to1 direct social channels and overseeing the customer service & digital agency to transform the brand into a love brand and be closer to the consumer 

4. Animation of the Beauty Advisors community through the production of local digital content to reinforce the PRO image of the NYX PMU brand.


5. Development and adaptation from international dossiers of social content & influencers for the brand in collaboration with the relevant Advocacy Manager.

 

6. Analysis & Reporting: monitoring of KPI's and analysis of the results of major projects.


7. Competitor analysis and monitoring.

 

8. Creating and sharing best practices & best before practices with internal and external stakeholders

 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience (3/4 years) in online public relations and community management. 
  • Strong understanding of digital media, social media platforms, and online community dynamics. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Crisis management experience and ability to handle sensitive issues diplomatically. 
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
