This role requires a strategic and operational mindset, combining strong negotiation skills with a deep understanding of e-commerce. You will be responsible for managing a multi-country e-commerce business plan, leading the development and execution of digital go-to-market strategies. 

You will…

  • Lead and negotiate: Annual agreements with O+O clients, managing a multi-country business plan focused on e-commerce growth.
  • Develop and execute: Strategic e-commerce plans, KPIs, and goals, translating shopper insights into actionable digital business opportunities in the Nordic market.
  • Collaborate: With cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, sales) to define and implement winning go-to-market strategies and digital product launches.
  • Build and maintain: Strong client relationships, ensuring L'Oréal maintains its position as a preferred partner in the digital space.
  • Identify and implement: Action plans based on new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Optimize: Plans, financial planning, and profitability for the account in the digital channel.
  • Manage: Day-to-day contact with the client's buyers.

  • A strong negotiator and communicator, with proven self-starting abilities and a proactive approach to driving e-commerce growth.
  • Analytical and strategic, possessing complex problem-solving skills and a fact-based decision-making style with a focus on digital data and insights.
  • A skilled presenter, capable of engaging and involving your audience on e-commerce strategy.
  • Extroverted and adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments and building strong connections within complex organizations to achieve digital targets.
  • Fluent in English and one Nordic language will be an advantage. 

We are looking for our new E-Key Account Manager to start at the end of March. This is a permanent position, located from either our office in Copenhagen or Oslo.
