In this role, you will manage and optimize our direct-to-consumer (eD2C) channels, creating exceptional online experiences that translate the essence of these brands into the digital realm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive E-commerce Growth: Own and manage the online sales channel, consistently seeking ways to increase revenue and market share. You will be accountable for achieving sales targets and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Champion the Consumer: Deeply understand consumer needs and behaviors to develop and implement strategies that enhance the online customer journey and build brand loyalty.
  • Lead Digital Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in e-commerce trends and technologies. Experiment with new approaches to digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and data acquisition to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate & Partner: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all online and offline touchpoints. Build strong relationships with external partners to expand our reach and influence.


Your Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Drive online sales and identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website experience for increased conversions.
  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns.
  • Manage SEO and analyze key e-commerce metrics.
  • Create engaging online content (with Marketing).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Manage website settings and collaborate on global initiatives.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce plans.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and drive revenue growth.
  • Research and implement new approaches to improve website performance.
  • Collaborate on marketing and digital projects.
  • Implement data acquisition for personalized experiences.


What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years of e-commerce experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success in boosting online brand performance.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, e-commerce platforms, and CMS.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM (preferred).
  • Excellent planning, project management, and commercial skills.
  • Proactive, networking mindset.
  • Deep understanding of consumer needs.
  • Fluent Czech/Slovak or Hungarian AND English speaker
