The L’Oréal Apprenticeship Program (1 year) offers you your first entry into the industry, and insight into how life at L’Oréal is like! Get involved with the inner workings of a successful, market-leading Beauty company, as you collaborate and learn from some of the most passionate, intelligent and creative people.

The world is moving towards e-Commerce platforms. Be in the team that will grow our online customer base and boost our performance across markets and brands.

Fresh graduate of any local/overseas institutions; early career professionals with no more than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

HOW CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE?

Are you a driven individual keen to make a difference? Do you crave the opportunity to impact customer experience at scale?

We are looking to hire an e-Commerce apprentice in the SAPMENA Active Cosmetics Division E-Commerce team.

Be prepared to get hands-on with multiple L’Oréal brands in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive online sales by working closely with internal and external stakeholders (channels in-charge, digital marketing team) to drive online sales
  • Support seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business
  • Coordinate with local and regional stakeholders to align KPIs (joint-business plannings, festivals...)
  • Gather and analyze data from market and consumer studies to generate commercial insights competitive intelligence (Online platforms, E-Boutique, Social Commerce...)
  • Conduct store audits and optimize traffic solutions (Onsite and Offsite)
  • Maintain online channels to be accurate and brand compliant according to company standards

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

  • Meticulous, eye for details
  • Good knowledge and passion in e-commerce platforms and consumer experience
  • Up to date with new online trends, social media platforms developments, social commerce, e-boutiques
  • High independence, takes ownership and able to deliver within tight timelines
  • Good sense of initiative and strong follow-up skills
  • Committed and resilient individual who is open to new adventures
  • Able to commit for the entire period of apprenticeship
