What are we looking for? 

We are looking for an E-commerce Assistant/ Manager (Active Cosmetics Division), you will be responsible for the day to day ecommerce store operations across marketplaces (SHOPEE/LAZADA) and direct platforms (REDMART/AMAZON). You will be optimizing online product listings and content to maximize clicks and conversions; building relationships with key online players in Singapore, and developing strategies to maximize level of influence with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver results: responsible for monitoring and maintaining sell-out performance

  • Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partner with KAM

  • Proactive monitoring of accounts (Lazada/Shopee mainly) to identify and address any issues that may impact revenue, i.e. stock availability, promotional mechanics, brand store and campaign pages 

  • Handle orders processing and work closely with e-distributor to control and minimize stock holding

  • Work across all relevant cross-functional areas (Digital, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance)

  • Prepare and present products and campaigns proposals to future and current Ecommerce partners

  • Handle specific sales events thanks to collected information from marketing department to enhance brand’s visibility online and improve sales performance

  • Analyze and interpret Ecommerce partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities

  • Ensure E-commerce benefits all, i.e. drives consumers and revenues

  • Adapt contents provided by Regional Contents Factory to create the perfect Brand Store, campaign pages, Banners and product pages

  • Translates and writes local Copy

  • Ensures that all pages link with the Brand activity and Promo plan at all times

  • Defines the Optimum layout of Brand Store (SIS), campaign pages, Banners and product pages using Consumer Insights and all available Data (i.e. Click Rate & Conversion).

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 3-4 years of working experience in relevant Ecommerce background

  • Basic Photoshop skills is a must

  • Analytical; Ability to work with all levels within the organization

  • Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment

  • Agility and Ability to work independently

  • Strong passion for E-Commerce and Digital

  •  Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and a passion for success and winning
