Supply Planner - L'Oréal Hub North - Clichy, France

Are you a driven and analytical supply chain professional eager to make a real impact on a dynamic international stage? L'Oréal Hub North (Germany, Austria, Benelux, Netherlands, Switzerland, and Nordic countries) is seeking a talented Supply Planner to join our thriving team.

Your Mission: Fuel growth and empower our prestigious brands by ensuring seamless supply chain operations across Northern Europe. Contribute directly to the success of iconic brands like Armani, Lancôme, Valentino, Prada, YSL, and Kiehl's.

What You'll Do:

• Strategic Supply Planning: Analyze sales forecasts, subcontracting plans, and stock parameters to create and execute the entity's Supply Plan, ensuring optimal product availability and cost optimization.
• Logistical Coordination: Collaborate with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to address long-term logistical challenges, including capacity planning, supply and demand matching, and industrial constraints. Manage the replenishment process and minimize stock-outs, proactively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stock Optimization: Manage inventory levels in line with country targets, analyze slow-moving and obsolete stock, and implement action plans to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as stock-outs, service levels, and inventory.
• Project Leadership: Spearhead key projects focused on areas like waste reduction ("No Waste" program), catalogue optimization ("NEXT" program), and optimizing tester availability in points of sale. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including co-packing, customer service, physical distribution, and local country teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities and new product launches.
• Local Business Ownership: Serve as a supply chain expert and point of contact for your assigned country, providing training and guidance on best practices and tools. Monitor 3-star launches from initial sizing to sell-out tracking.

What You'll Bring:

• Education: Master's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a subsidiary or factory Supply Chain role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM/WM modules, Excel, Power BI (Power Query), and PowerPoint.
• Language Skills: Fluency in French and English is essential. 
• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric approach with an understanding of the cosmetics industry.
