What will you do?
As a Distributor Manager, you will report to the Sr Distributor Manager (BEMI, BREI, VisMin) of the Consumer Products Division (CPD) and be expected to:
Handle performance of assigned distributor P&L
Contribute to CPD go-to-market strategy and build the action plan to implement division and channel strategy.
Provide strong leadership to ensure distributor development and performance
Ensure excellence in distributor operations management and provides analysis to improve performance
Build and accurately forecast and achieve the account/s results: turnover, market share , profit , Plan all growth drivers accordingly
Build a deep consumer intelligence and strong network within Distributor key stakeholders through regular T2T meetings and strategic alignment
Work closely with other departments (Supply, Catman, Finance, Marketing)
Connect Account key stakeholder of all functions with their L'Oréal counterpart.
Regular tracking of competitor activations
Who are we looking for?
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related
* Has passion in the beauty and cosmetics business
* Minimum of three (3) years' experience in distributor management, sales and sales operations; FMCG background a plus
* Exhibits strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Driven, proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented
