L'Oréal's Dermatological Beauty Division (LDB) is searching for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our brands' digital presence. This role presents an exciting opportunity to manage digital activities for renowned brands such as La Roche-Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, and SkinCeuticals.


Working in tandem with the Digital and Marketing team, you will be immersed in key areas such as digital media campaigns, CRM, SEA/SEO, and website enhancements. This immersive experience will allow you to gain invaluable expertise in both the digital and dermatological realms while directly contributing to the online success of our brands.

 

Job description: 

CRM

  • Help with delivery of local CRM strategy, encouraging customers acquisition, quality of contacts and customer loyalty
  • Define guidelines to optimize CRM action plans and suggests improvements on existing processes (campaigns management,…)
  • Collaborate closely with Social Brand Managers and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of CRM goals
  • Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams and share internal and external best practices within the organization
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIsfor CRM
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis to understand CRM database evolution and consumers behaviour
Media
  • Translate brands needs to Digital and Search Campaigns, respecting Digital media buying rules and best practices
  • Provide brands with digital expertise and shares best practices and learnings
  • Play active role in European Media Community
  • Measure & analyse KPIs for Digital Media Activation and deliver to teams actionable conclusions to improve campaigns performance/efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with L'Oréal media rules
  • Cooperate with media agency
Website
  • Overseeing SEO strategy and implementation for all brands
  • Playing active role in helping brands to optimise websites for better UX and SEO results
  • Manage digital services (ex. self-diagnostic tools,…), in close collaboration with the Business Development and Brands teams
  • Leads digital services implementation on our website, app and point of sales, UAT testing
  • On regular basis preparing website analysis to provide brands insights, learnings and recommendations.


Your profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on media, CRM, and websites
  • Proven track record of managing and evaluating successful digital media campaigns
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with agencies, internal teams, and diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities with ease
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data from digital marketing platforms
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (experience with Data Studio or Power BI is a plus!)
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a keen understanding of current trends
  • Fluent English (Czech/Slovak language skills are a bonus!)
