We are looking to recruit a Digital Activation Manager in our Luxe Division. In this newly created position you will take ownership of online activation planning, digital product catalogue management, execution of e-merchandising and animation plans for e-retail and D2C channels across our portfolio of brands.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Build a holistic understanding of the customer and how our brands can accelerate recruitment within e-retails platform
- Assist on the e-promotional calendars, product exclusivities, cross selling mechanisms, data ownership within ecommerce
- Lead PDP excellence and share best practise across the division
- Ensure A+ content is being optimised and updated to improve conversation rates
- Regularly reviewing existing content for accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness, and making necessary updates or revisions.
- Tracking key content metrics like conversion rates, click-through rates, and organic search rankings, and reporting on content performance to stakeholders.
- Proficiently using e-retail platforms for managing product listings, advertising campaigns, and other content-related activities
- Manage, analyse and draw conclusions on specific e-commerce KPIs
- Work closely with our media managers & agencies, to determine the best in class “search” results for our products, using qualitative content to leverage media investments and social presence.
- Drive the relationship with partners to ensure synergies between the brand’s own digital activities and those of the online retailer
- Work closely with other internal departments (supply, category management, media, finance & marketing) to define the consumer experience, e-merchandising strategies & performance media drivers
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience within a similar B2B E-Merchandising/ Digital Marketing role
- You bring a proactive & entrepreneurial mindset, willing to strategically identify innovative opportunities as well as drive their end-to-end execution to deliver success in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills to be able to articulate a clear vision effectively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes with other stakeholders
- Strong time management and attention to detail
