A Day in the Life
As a Demand Planner in our Luxe Division, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our iconic brands like Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, and Giorgio Armani. Reporting to the Planning team, you’ll be the key point of contact across multiple functions, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to build a consensus forecast and drive business success.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Lead the Forecasting Process: Build and align sales forecasts with commercial, financial, and historical data.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Business Planning teams to challenge and consolidate promotional and launch forecasts.
Present to Senior Management: Highlight risks and opportunities in monthly sales forecasts.
Drive Communication: Manage updates with S&OP and Supply Planning teams, ensuring alignment on key changes.
Optimize Processes: Lead initiatives to improve forecasting practices and KPIs.
Catalog Management: Contribute to catalog optimization and support Supply Planners with mentoring and advice.
Lead Supply Chain Initiatives: Represent Supply Chain in brand management committees.
We Are Looking For

Demand Planning Experience: Experience in product or demand planning, with a strong understanding of sales forecast construction.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to simplify complex messages and coordinate with diverse teams.
Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in Excel; experience with FuturMaster and SAP is a plus.
