The Data, CRM and Analytics team is dedicated to support business transformation and growth for the Professional Product Division (PPD). PPD has become a true digital division keeping our mission to bring professional beauty for each, with hairstylist at heart and data as our accelerator. Through our digital transformation journey, we are building a powerful B2B and B2B2C eco-system leveraging e-commerce, Online Education, CRM, Business Reps, Customer Care apps to serve customer and consumer needs. These data acquisition touchpoints allowed us to create a unique O+O stylists knowledge (data asset) to boost business growth through segmentation, marketing activation, personalization and call to action. As we look to leverage these opportunities and AI in our go-to-market, it's important that we continue to build upon our Data initiatives and strengthen our data quality. |
