To define the communication strategy to build the brand image, develop awareness and reinforce its reputation over time.

- Build and implement a
360° external communication strategy in line with the business strategy and the Group Communication strategy

- Develop annual communication plan, including implementing integrated communication campaigns on major launches, events, partnerships, ambassadors + develop in parallel internal communication plan in line with the external plan

- Manage media & new media relations

- Manage public relations, develop and manage relations with the brand’s opinion leaders & communities (example : scientific institutions & academies)

- Identifiy issues related to the brand and anticipate crisis

- Collaborate in the definition of the brand equity, its image and values

- Define the main orientations of the brand image policy with the General Management including developing the Brand Corporate Communication: Philanthropy, Sustainable Development, ambassadors …

- Develop the brand image internally & provide guidelines to countries and ensure their implementation

- Build the image strategy with the GM (content and target) and provide support and advice to the Brand General Manager for all questions related to communication, such as : prepare interviews including media-training, advise for internal and external speeches, manage internal communication for the Brand
