Do you possess a strategic mind and a data-driven approach to conquer the ever-evolving digital landscape? We are on the look out for a new D2C Media and Search Manager to join our Luxury Division. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the performance media and search strategy for D2C websites (Lancôme, Kiehl’s & Mugler).


A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Manage and own the media & search budgets to maximise our D2C retail business and hit our 1P customer data acquisition targets. 
  • Be responsible for building the media plan for our D2C business, in accordance with business priorities (defined together with the Marketing Director/Manager and Head of Media), consumer insights and media data. 
  • Be the centre of excellence for D2C media and search. 
  • Be responsible for D2C performance media. 
  • Be responsible for driving and accelerating paid & organic search. Follow search rankings and identify opportunities to improve our non-branded search term rankings.
  • Use search to grow site traffic and improve the performance & conversion of that traffic. 
  • Work with the Brand & D2C teams to improve content on our D2C sites to drive organic search. Validate SEO content with the brand team. And push the adoption of AI to help us improve site content even further. 
  • Be responsible for the group feed management, working with Divisions and agencies to improve feed health.
  • Ensure all the campaigns have a holistic consumer journey experience, consistent set-up, and best-in-class delivery (ROAS, Golden rules).
  • Work collaboratively with brand teams to ensure excellence on integrated plans to drive conversion. 
  • Analyse performance data and provide strategic recommendations in order to gain insight and drive optimisation with the agency.
  • Be responsible for media and search reporting and deep dives for the brand. Share relevant learnings with the wider team (incl. DMI and Zone). Support Divisions on activity planning and execution across search by providing recommendations and attending relevant briefings/meetings.
  • Constantly seek to innovate through strategies or technology. Act as a change champion.
  • Own and manage all D2C media and SEO files, including block plans and competitor media tracking.
