D2C Manager -  Kiehls, LUXE Division (FTC until 1st September 2026)


As the D2C Manager you will be responsible for defining and implementing D2C strategy for Kiehl’s. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Build and execute the Brand D2C strategy, ensuring clear forecasting, trending and reporting for D2C sites.

- Monitor performance and provide analysis and insights, including reporting for brand teams.

- Manage on-site merchandising (including product attributes, filters and categorization; on-site search). Recommend ways to innovate our e-merchandising execution using shopper insights and learnings from the wider market. Work with DEC team on implementation roadmap. 

- Ensure regular flow and update of product information between systems and liaise with Supply Chain on stock availability. 

- Collaborate with CRM Manager and work with brand activation team to meet sales KPI to build and execute  animation plan, recruit and retain consumers. 

- Ensure all configuring and testing for  promotions and campaigns on the SFCC platform meets deadlines with high level of service of DEC / agency team.

Ensure all assets (provided by the brand team) are E-com optimized.

- Communicate promotional plans and updates with the wider business, engaging all relevant stakeholders – Brand Teams, Supply Chain and the Activation teams.

- Manage & track budget. Ensure budget is spend with maximum effectiveness (ROI).

- Identify business opportunities by detecting new trends, players, technologies and digital services. 

- Own the relationship with key stakeholders (Zone, multi-div) and agencies (DEC), monitoring tools and platforms providers, and upskilling the wider teams on consumer-centric approach. 

- Own and manage all D2C files, including invoices.
