Responsibilities:

• Follows the order to delivery flow for the assigned customers, ensuring a good relationship with them
• Checking the orders entered by the commercial team in order to send them further on the preparation flow in the warehouse
• Processing orders from distributors ensuring the delivery of the highest possible service level
• Management of returns and refusals from their registration in the system to the issuance of CN invoices
• Maintaining a good collaborative relationship with all the departments involved in the process: Commercial, Marketing, Physical Distribution, Supply, Controlling, Credit
• Entering orders for freebies/promotional materials and consumption vouchers in SAP
• Checking the status of deliveries on the portal made available by the carrier

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Operation in Excel - minimum intermediate level
• Experience working with SAP is an advantage
• Good ability to analyze and interpret
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proactive attitude and orientation towards obtaining results
