L’Oréal CZ/HU/SK with its regional office in Prague is a fast-growing company with a strong position in the beauty market in all these countriesCurrently, we are looking for a new key team member to strengthen our customer care and operations team in smooth supply chain processes in our HUB. 

 

As a Customer Care Leader, you will be accountable for: 

  • Ensuring harmonized and efficient flow of O2C cycle for all customers
  • Identifying customer needs and working closely with business to propose the strategies how to improve the relationships and service
  • Following the Credit Policy, L‘Oreal norms and standards and legal Framework specific for each country
  • Ensuring the Customer Care KPIs are monitored (Quality, Leadtime, OTFR, OTIF, Blocked Orders, Touched Orders)
  • Developing the collaboration with the clients
  • Transforming the department towards more customer centric, implementing the necessary organisational changes and ensuring the knowledge retention within the team
  • Ensuring a Multidivision Local Business process Owner role for Customer Care job and Contribute to the improvement of the processes and information systems.
  • Leading changes and driving improvements
  • Recruit, develop and manage his/her team taking care of the know-how transfer and the development of expertise. Implement organizational changes

 

We are expecting: 

  • or more years experience within L‘Oreal or other company in Supply Chain / Customer Care
  • Knowledge of the order to cash cycle
  • Courage to challenge status quo, leading changes & driving improvements
  • Ability to ensure rules and the processes are respected
  • Strong analytical, good presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to propose next steps, new ideas to the top management
  • Flexibility, fast adaptation
  • Networking capability
  • Ability to simply describe complex problems and propose solutions
  • Strong client & consumer orientation
  • Experience with client negotiations advantage
  • Project Management advantage
  • Understanding of physical distribution principles with the focus on the Cost To Serve
