Are you an enthusiastic (HBO)/WO Bachelor or Master student and do you have affinity with market- and consumer research with relevant experience? Then this internship is for you! We are looking for a creative, entrepreneurial intern with strong analytical capabilities. Are you available full time for a duration of 6 months and are fluent in English and either Dutch and/or French? From day one you are a full member of the CMO team: a data driven team which consists of experts in the field of Media, Digital, CRM and Consumer Insights. This team works together with the business teams (such as sales and marketing) from all the L’Oréal divisions. As part of the CMO team you put the consumer needs at the heart of your strategy making when thinking about the L’Oréal brands and for its clients, such as pharmacies, perfumeries and web shops.

Within the CMO team you will be part of the Consumer & Market Insights branch. You will cooperate on analyses to map the ever-changing Benelux market. You will get acquainted with studies and tools about consumer behavior and consumer spending. With this you will broaden your knowledge on how L’Oréal uses this data. Next to that you will gain experience in our dynamic organization in other fields, such as Business Development, Category Management and Media & Digital Development.

Your tasks will, amongst others, consist of:

  • Contribute to consumer studies by external companies, from set-up to report.
  • Supporting workshops to activate study results.
  • Develop ideas and techniques to combine market data from a variety of external sources.
  • Draft new market reports to give insight in e-commerce performance
  • Execute ad hoc analyses
