Within this position, your main tasks will be:
- Support the Benelux payroll team to ensure compliance and smooth payroll runs for our employees in the Netherlands (550 empls) and Belgium (300 empls)
- Collaborate with HR Controlling on HR reporting and budget cycles;
- Prepare financial budget and trend simulations
- Keep track & report on financial headcount related queries
- Facilitate International Mobility moves in line with the mobility policy and owning the Purchase Order process
- Preparation of the Annual Country Report in January including stats on diversity, recruitment, headcount, learning KPI’s, etc
- Cooperate with the C&B Director on harmonization and professionalization of C&B policies
- Standardize existing processes ensuring efficient workflows;
- Conduct analyses of compensation and benefits data to support the design and implementation of total rewards programs.
- Responsible for the annual Mercer market surveys;
- Co-manage benefits processes and vendors like health insurance, employee discounts, etc.;
- Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary reports for audits and compliance
What are we looking for:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field is typically required
- 5-7 years’ work experience of which 3-4 years in a similar C&B position
- International C&B experience; preferably in Belgium
- Drive to continuously optimize processes, hands-on, can do mentality
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze compensation data
- Very detailed and accurate: Ensuring analytical correct data, accuracy in payroll, benefits administration, and compliance documentation
- IT literate: proficiency in HR software and tools, such as payroll systems, benefits management platforms, and HR analytics tools
- Languages: Dutch & English (French is a big plus)
