THE MISSION: WHAT WILL AWAIT YOU

• Introduce testers & samples for clients in Easy Merch
• Prepare excel order forms for importing into SAP
• Maintain contact with clients’ stores to follow up on targets for beauty advisors
• Listing new products on retailers’ listing platforms (Sephora, Douglas) or preparing excel files for other clients’ listing process
• Process testers files for clients
• Update/ create sell-in reports for the Key Account Managers
• Inform the commercial team regularly about the warehouse stock (stock report)
• Monthly reporting for testers & samples invoicing to clients in ratio with finish goods
• Follow up invoicing of new launches to clients - weekly report
• Calculation of sell-out targets for the retail supervisors team - monthly report
• Processing stock files for each retailer that offers this information
• Updating SIT report for each client and overall preview
• Process sell-out files per reference from retailers

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate: economic profile is an advantage
• Excel proficient
• Collaborate & communicate effectively
• Data analysis and management skills
• Analytical skills & attention to detail
• Problem solving & results oriented
